Muhammed Selman Dönmez was born in 1984 in Karadeniz Ereğli, Turkey. He completed his undergraduate studies in Control Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and earned his master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Karabük University.
In 2007, he entered the business world as one of the founders of Teknoplan Engineering. In 2013, he joined HAVELSAN as a Business Development Manager responsible for the Gulf countries. Since 2016, he has continued his professional career as a Co-Founder and CEO at SBI Bilişim A.Ş.
In 2020, he founded TİTRA Teknoloji A.Ş. and served as the Chairman of the Board. In 2023, following Pasifik Teknoloji’s investment in TİTRA Teknoloji A.Ş., he was appointed as the General Manager of Pasifik Teknoloji. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Pasifik Teknoloji.
