INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC SUMMIT PARTICIPANT LIGHTING TEXT

Within the scope of International Economic Summit 2025 (‘’Summit’’) organization, panelists, participants and companions who will be able to make accommodation with the participants, provided that the cost is paid, but cannot attend the summit, the personal data collected through this printed participation form such as name, surname, title, address, phone number, e-mail address, mobile phone number, card information will be stored within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (‘’Law’’) for the period stipulated by the legislation. These personal data will be shared with NG ENJOY Hotel and NG Sapanca Hotel in the capacity of data controllers by Doğan Burda Dergi Yayıncılık ve Pazarlama A.Ş. and Club Jolly Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. companies (both ‘’data controllers’’) in order to ensure participation in the event, organization and event management, communication activities, follow-up of requests/ complaints and accommodation in accordance with the provisions of the following articles; Paragraph (c) of paragraph (2) of Article 5 of the Law “It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” and paragraph (f) “Mandatory data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned” within the scope of Law 8. and 9. personal data will be shared within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes specified in the articles. The specified information will be stored for the period stipulated by the legislation.

The personal data obtained from the participants are collected in written and electronic media as part of the data recording system by fully or partially automatic methods through the forms filled out in accordance with the purposes set out in this clarification text.

In case of the participants declare; the name, surname, phone number and e-mail address information of their assistants will also be processed by the data controllers within the scope of legitimate interests for the purposes of conducting communication activities, organization and event management and tracking requests /complaints. In case of the participants share the personal data of their assistants, the data controllers record this personal data in accordance with the laws set out below; data owners informed about the article 10 of the Law and the article 5 of the Law. In this sense, the obligation to obtain the disclosure and explicit consent that must be carried out is the responsibility of the participant who shares the personal data belonging to the third party.

Participants can pay the participation fee of the summit by bank transfer or credit card. If the participants prefer to make a bank transfer, the payment amount collected on the bank account of Doğan Burda Dergi Yayıncılık ve Pazarlama A.Ş. The receipt will be stored by the data controllers for the period stipulated by the legislation. If the participants prefer to pay by credit card, the credit card number, security code and expiration date information will be processed by the data controllers based on the reasons that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract for the purposes of collection, execution of financial and accounting affairs and the fulfillment of legal obligations. Credit card information will be stored only for the duration stipulated by the legislation, including related to this event, and will not be stored in any database and will not be shared with third parties.
