Dr. Özgür Sezer, MD graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and earned a master’s degree in Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics from Hacettepe University. He held various positions at the Ministry of Health and the Social Security Institution. In 2019, he was appointed Head of the Data Management Department at the General Directorate of Health Information Systems, later serving as Deputy Director General. As of 2025, he continues to serve as the General Director of Health Information Systems.
