Özlem Koç, who has been serving as an executive in various sectors since 1994, holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Istanbul University. She has also completed a master's degree in the same field and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Communication.

Joining Bahçeşehir College in 2012 as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Corporate Communication and Marketing, Özlem Koç has been serving as the General Manager since 2016. She leads a team of communication and education professionals dedicated to advancing the institution’s core values under the principle of “progressing through quality and innovation in education.” She oversees the professional management of all operational processes, including human resources, finance, and logistics support units.

In addition to her role at Bahçeşehir College, Özlem Koç is a member of the Bahçeşehir University Board of Trustees, a Board Member of the Bahçeşehir College Basketball Team, and the President of the Association of Educational Technologists. She is also actively involved in various non-governmental organizations, including Kagider and the Yanındayız Association, supporting social initiatives in different fields. She continues her work in the areas of sustainability in education, innovative approaches, and women's employment both within and outside the institution.
