With a career that spans over three decades at Procter & Gamble, my journey has culminated in the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager for Turkey, Caucasus, and Central Asia. My mission is to drive strategic growth and sustainable practices within the region, leveraging my expertise in key account management , strategic marketing research and use of AI technology in FMCG.

As a board member of multiple organizations, including AMCHAM Turkey as the chair between 2019-2025, I have honed my competencies in corporate citizenship and innovation. Our team's efforts have been instrumental in fostering a new work culture that resonates with today's diverse workforce, underpinned by my belief in the transformative power of sport and entrepreneurship in building confident, forward-thinking communities in initiatives such as " Yıldız Anneler/ Star Moms".

Now my objective is other companies also benefit from my experience and expertise to increase the value of their companies thru my new company Turnaoğlu Turnaround Consultancy.
