Phil is CEO and Co-Founder of Aquanow. He is responsible for the firm's strategic direction and spends much of his time building out Aquanow’s partnerships in the Middle East, Asia and Turkey.

Prior to launching Aquanow in 2018, Phil spent over a decade working in traditional capital markets at sophisticated financial institutions. He is a leading market structure expert in Canada, having previously been responsible for global electronic trading at CC&L Investment Management ($50bn AUM) and launching electronic trading solutions during his time at CIBC Capital Markets.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from Queen’s University and a Master of Financial Engineering from Cornell University.
