As Papara's Managing Partner and Board Member, Cenap Doğru has been leading global partnerships, sales, card systems, and operations since September 2018.

Prior to joining Papara, Doğru held key leadership roles at PayPal, serving as Head of Sales for Central & Eastern Europe and Head of Merchant Services for the MENAT Region, gaining extensive expertise across 17 countries. He began his career at Garanti BBVA, one of Turkey's leading banks, where he spent over 14 years in senior roles within payment systems and merchant acquiring services.

With his deep experience in banking and fintech, Doğru continues to play a pivotal role in driving Papara's growth. He is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University.
