Gacemer, who graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration, started working as a Sales Specialist in the IT sector after she completed the “Apple Business School” Sales Specialist program of Apple Computer’s Turkey representative Bilkom A.Ş.. She took part in the promotion and sales activities of the computer-aided architectural drawing program in Turkey. She chose the real estate sector in order to develop her sales and marketing experience which she gained in the IT sector. She managed the marketing, sales and after-sales processes of many projects in the Sinpaş Group beginning from the concept stage. She was chosen as the most successful businesswoman in the construction sector by Dünya Newspaper at that time.
In 2007, she became the Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Sinpaş GYO and took a role in the public offering activities. In 2011, she was promoted to the General Manager of Eviya Real Estate Development and Investment Inc., established within Sinpaş. Gacemer, who successfully managed all processes at Eviya A.Ş. including land development, design and license processes of projects, bidding, construction, sales and marketing, became the General Manager of Sinpaş GYO, the largest publicly traded company of Sinpaş Holding, in 2014.
In addition to her duties at Sinpaş GYO, which has grown even further as we enter 2023, she also represents her institution and the sector by taking part in various civil society organizations. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board of GYODER, as the President of the GYO Committee, and as a member of the Audit Board. She is a member of the Capital CEO Club. She has been among the 50 Strong Women CEOs of Turkey every year since 2015. She has been among the CEOs who have led their own sector and who are R&D, Innovation and Sustainability Leaders in the last 4 years published by Capital and Ekonomist magazines. In 2019, she was among the "Inspiring Women" in Turkey, selected according to the turnover and employment figures they managed, in Platin magazine. She represents her sector and institution as a speaker at many summits, conferences and panels in the construction and real estate sectors.
